I founded Javelin after more than a decade working across energy and digital infrastructure, two sectors I saw drawing closer year after year. Power and compute are no longer separate worlds – they’re converging. Many people understand one side. Very few truly understand both.

My experience partnering with power producers, data center developers, system integrators and advanced manufacturing companies has given me a unique vantage point into how these ecosystems connect. I saw a clear need for a search partner positioned right at the intersection – a firm that speaks both languages and can translate complex technical and strategic needs into successful leadership hires.

This is where the name Javelin comes in. The best searches move with speed, precision and intent – by knowing exactly where to strike.
